As the Nonprofit Human Services Portfolio Management Leader, you are responsible for performing underwriting tasks involving new business and renewals along with optimization of portfolio strategy.
Accountabilities:
Ownership of assigned portfolio while Creating and growing strategic relationships with distribution partners within the portfolio by:
Handling new business and renewal production.
Modeling the standard for service and responsiveness for the portfolio team.
Assessing the needs of the partners to formulate mutually beneficial roadmaps.
Managing relationships with key distribution partners to drive profitable portfolio growth.
Coordinating with distribution associates in managing the relationships within the portfolio to maximize business opportunities, communicate corporate initiatives/strategies, resolve issues, and oversee change management..
Developing continuous pipeline of new opportunities.
Perform other related work as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
At least 5 year experience in commercial lines underwriting.
Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbal.
Ability to analyze and make decisions in a timely manner.
Prior experience in underwriting nonprofit humans services and/or education accounts.
Working to obtain or has already CPCU or other industry equivalent.
Compensation:
$94,500 - $157,500 commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility
$104,100 - $173,500 commensurate with experience in CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, and PA, plus bonus eligibility
