PRIMARY FUNCTION:

主要工作:

Manage a team of Compliance, Production and Shipping Employees. Compile a compliance master report. Follow up on production schedules, solve shipping/document problems and monitor factory compliance with U.S. regulations.

管理合规、生产以及运输团队。编制合规总表。跟进生产进度,解决运输/单据问题,并进行监督以确保出厂合规性符合美国法律法规。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责:

Schedule workload and provide suggestions as needed when issues arise.

计划工作量并在问题出现时按需提供建议。

Compile compliance master report and upload to the B Drive.

编制合规主报告并上传到B驱动器。

Collect shipping reports the system and send to US.

收集系统的运输报告并发送到美国。

Order management: Follow up production schedules. Monitor vendors “on time” delivery. Communicate with factory and U.S. associates if problems arise.

订单管理:跟进生产进度。进行监督,确保供应商“按时”交货。出现问题时与工厂和美国总部的同事进行沟通。

Monitor shipping documents. Solve problem if factory meet problem with forwarder. Push factory provide shipping document on time and checking whether document provided correctly and completely.

监督装运单据。解决工厂与货代之间出现的问题。督促工厂按时提供装运单据并检查所供单据是否准确和完整。

Collect compliance and raw material test reports.

收集合规和原材料检测报告。

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

教育背景及工作经验要求:

Five years of international trading experience is required.

五年国际贸易经验要求。

Bachelor’s degree is required.

学士学位。

Three years of people and vendor management experience is required.

三年及以上人力和供应商管理经验。

Must have the ability to trouble shoot the daily quality issue on production line.

拥有解决生产线日常质量问题的能力。

Strong communication skills including the ability to read/write and speak the English language.

良好的沟通能力,包括英语读/写和说的能力。

Must be a self-starter with independent thinking, and a team player
