KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering business unit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.

You’ll join a dynamic team of talent acquisition professionals to help ensure mission success on land, at sea, in the air, and in cyberspace!

This individual will act as a liaison between our customers and talent acquisition team to support talent acquisition and staffing initiatives for multiple projects simultaneously.

Examples of this could include but not be limited to reporting and dashboards preparation, special sourcing projects, event coordination, intern program support and p-card account management.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects through to completion either alone or as leader over a work group/project team.

  • Prepare and deliver reports for talent acquisition and HR team members.

  • Assess compliance and mitigate risk by executing regular audits and identify areas of non-compliance.

  • Work with TA leadership to help create, track and build KPI dashboards using Excel and PowerBI tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of recruiting or human resources experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday.

  • Demonstrated project management/coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PowerBI

  • Applicant Tracking Systems

  • CRM
