TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in FULLERTON, California

Customer Service

• A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company’s customer retention plan.

• Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.

• Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.

• Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
