Management Resources is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be part of our team in the Investment Management industry in Ft. Worth, Texas. The role involves implementing data mining techniques, managing accounting functions, and understanding business systems. This is a 6 month project with potential to extend, working a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data mining techniques to analyze financial data and trends

• Collaborate with team members to understand and improve business systems

• Handle accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify financial discrepancies

• Participate in budget processes to help optimize resource allocation

• Manage capital effectively, ensuring resources are allocated towards profitable ventures

• Allocate expenses accurately across different cost centers

• Provide insights on private equity investments to guide decision making

• Use Workday Financial Management software to automate, streamline, and standardize financial operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Investment Management or a related field

• Advanced knowledge of business systems and data mining techniques

• Familiarity with Workday Financial Management

• Extensive understanding of accounting functions and auditing

• Experience in budget processes and capital management

• Proficiency in expense allocation and managing private equity funds

• Demonstrated ability to use Workday Financial Management software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
