*We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven outside Sales Representative to sell Residential and Commercial Doors and Operators.
As a outside sales representative, you are responsible for generating new residential business accounts and maintaining current accounts by working with national builders and customers in the local market. The objective is to sell insulation materials and the labor to install the product in homes.
Building and Sustaining Long Lasting Relationships with New and Existing Customers
Traveling within the local territory to conduct Face to Face meetings with existing and potential customers.
Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts and sales.
Keeping Informed of the latest Industry Developments by attending meetings, training, and Industry Events
Strategically working with potential and existing customers to close sales and resolve customer concerns
Valid Driver’s License
Proven Outside Sales Experience is preferred
Construction Experience is a plus
Detail Oriented
Good Organizational Skills
Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills
