STRATUS Solutions MM - Operational Language Analyst (Levels 1 - 4) in Ft. Meade, Maryland

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have): • TS/SCI with Poly Needed • Chinese - Mandarin OR Russian OLA 1 • 2 years full-time experience • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from other countries. • ILR Skill Level 2 in Audio or Graphic • 2 years performing crypto language processing – scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases. • 1 years of the 2 primary duty: translating, transcribing, and gisting. OLA 2 • 4 years full-time experience or 6 without degree • Associate’s degree or 2 additional years of work experience • ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic • 4 years performing crypto language processing – above (OLA 1) plus report drafting • 2 years primary duty: translating, transcribing, and/or gisting • No more than 1 of 4 years reporting as primary duty • 2 of 4 years' experience has to be within 4 years of resume submission OLA 3 • 10 years full-time experience or 14 without degree • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of work experience. • ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic • 10 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience; Related Language Experience: (In target language) oral translations, non-crypto audio/graphic translations, doc exploitation, formal teaching; Crypto Experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification • 6 of 10 years in crypto language processing – above (OLA 2) plus QC’ing, and mentoring • 6 of 10 years in has to be in the required language(s) OLA 4 • 15 years full-time experience or 19 without degree • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of work experience. • ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Audio and Graphic • 15 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience (defined above) • 8 of 15 years in crypto language processing – same as above (OLA 3) • 8 of 15 years in has to be in the required language(s) What we will provide in return: Excellent compensation and amazing benefits • Multiple health insurance options which include a PPO plan with ZERO deductibles and an HSA plan. • 401k Immediate Vesting.
