Join Exigent Services as Cyberspace Training Specialist II and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.

We are looking for a cyberspace mission specialist, well versed in cyber operations, and who is an experienced front-end developer.

The Cyberspace Training Specialist II will:

• Guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates.
• Solve problems in DoD Cyber Industry by collaborating with a development team to build custom SharePoint-based solutions with user centric design.
• Coordinate with SharePoint designers and developers to create a seamless user experience using jQuery plugins, REST API, SP Services, and custom workflows.
• Create supporting documentation for the client's programs and the associated Portals to include user guides, business processes, developer guides, and admin guides.
• Ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.
• Support USCYBERCOM in the development of Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Job Qualification Requirements (JQR) booklets, On-the-Job Training Guides, and Train-the-Trainer documentation that combine elements of various sources of mission tasks, including unique operational requirements and standards of the government client.
• Support the assessment of effectiveness of training, evaluation of training objectives for various functional activities, identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned, and assisting with developing professional development plans for personnel through a custom SharePoint interface.
• Work as a Cyberspace training specialist to support the ground level of the development of the JQS and JQR and help craft an implementation plan for the client to use these materials to support organizational objectives.

For this position, you will have:

• Active TS/SCI clearance upon application; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• BA or BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience with training.
• Experience with SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, XML, CSS/CS3.
• Knowledge of working in an Agile-based Software Development Life Cycle delivery team.
• Ability to conduct solutions-based technical research.
• Experience with SharePoint custom solutions development and design.
• Experience with information and systems administration, database administration, data analysis and visualization, research and development, and similar technical competencies.
• Experience with contributing to the development and maintenance of Joint standards for training, USAF JQS, Navy Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS), JMETs, DCWF, NICE, or other similar standards and evaluation tools.
• Experience with supporting a Combatant Command.
• Experience with contributing to substantive content to the development and maintenance of training curriculums, Joint cyber training and certification standards, and other training documentation and guidance.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail.

• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
