MAG SOA/TRMS Human Resources Specialist in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky
Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Human Resources Specialist to support USASOAC’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provide support for personnel actions within SOATB.
Process recommendations for awards, decorations, and finance actions for Soldiers.
TheContractor shall prepare, update and coordinate requests for evaluations. The Contractor shall prepare and monitorSoldier requests for ID cards/ tags, leave requests and passes.
Update all SOATB student records by using TOPMIS and eMILPO databases.
Use eMILPO to assign, attach, and ensure unit accountability in a transient UIC.
Ue eMILPO to update ORB, Individual Awards, Civilian and Military education, slotting for Incoming personnel, and Assignment History. The Contractor shall coordinate with ARSOF branch managers to update MOS and ADSOs in TOPMIS upon Officer Green Platoon completion.
Possess knowledge in implementation of administrative programs such fields as, eMilpo, resource management (finance, Defense Travel System, accounting, auditing, and program analysis), security, logistics, facilities, supply, inventory, base transition, transportation, information management, administrative services, program inspection, ATRRS, and staff program management.
Serve as an operator for the Enlisted Distribution and Assignment (EDAS) System and the Meal Entitlement Management (MEM) program. Serves as the Brigade/Regiment Level S1 representative for matters pertaining to the Ft. Campbell 20th Replacement Company (KALSU).
Complete all In-process and Out-process for all Officers assigned to conduct Officer Green Platoon.
Process packets for Commissioned Officers, Warrant Officer and Enlisted Soldiers. The Contractor shall also complete these packets for transition Soldiers.
Coordinate with ARSOF branch managers to efficiently PCS graduating Officer Green Platoon students to follow-on assignments.
Coordinate with Installation Military Personnel Department Reassignment Office(s) to streamline the acquisition of all Active-Duty Personnel Assignment Instructions for permanent party 160th Soldiers assigned to Ft. Campbell and all student Soldiers enroute to 160th subordinate Battalions.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum three years experience in personnel management or Army Human Resources Specialist(Army MOS 42A or another military branch equivalent) providing HR support and services.
Trained in military human resources transactions (IPSS-A, milConnect, DEERS, SGLI/SGOE, DD93, EES,iPERMS, AIM 2, DAPMIS, RUBIX)
SECRET Clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $63750 to $106250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
