Keurig Dr Pepper Manager, Revenue Growth Management in Frisco, Texas

Job Overview

As Manager, National Retail Sales Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will directly support a Sales team aligned with a major retail Customer(s). You will be accountable for partnering with Sales Leadership to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization’s revenue growth objectives for your area of responsibility. Your focus will be working with enterprise data sources and trade solutions to harvest insights and determine the pricing and promotional actions needed to drive the business while adhering to the commercial strategy and acting coherently within the marketplace. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions.

What you will do:

  • Creation of the Customer(s) Topline (Revenue) Plan

    • Ownership of 52-week price/package/promotional plan
  • Evaluation of Customer-specific growth drivers

  • Linkage between Sales team and Headquarter teams

  • Management & Execution of the Customer(s) Topline (Revenue) Plan

  • Identifying performance vs plan drivers

  • Development of gap closures to plan and representation back to headquarter teams

  • Stewardship of Customer(s) topline forecast (volume, price, trade) and accuracy within supporting forecasting and trade management systems

  • Evaluation of Joint Business Plan (JBP) metrics with Customer (e.g. revenue, Customer margin, share)

  • Stewardship of Customer(s) internal Performance Management Routines and Insights

  • Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – volume, price/mix, revenue drivers

  • Identification of Customer specific insights through utilization of the enterprise’s Trade Promotional Optimization platform

  • Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for Customer activities (e.g. Return on Investment, Household Penetration)

  • Driving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7 years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or related field.

  • Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective.

  • Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes.

  • Experience in a “Fortune 500” company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, or related industries.

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results.

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
