We're currently seeking a motivated Crew Leader to oversee our operations and drive our mission of providing quiet, eco-friendly lawn care services.
Greener Lawn is currently seeking lawn care technicians for our cutting-edge, all electric lawn care company! Tired of noisy gas-powered equipment drowning out your favorite tunes or podcasts? Our electric lawn care tools operate at a much quieter level, allowing you to enjoy your music or podcasts while you work. We're currently seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, as well as blowing and bagging leaves to maintain pristine outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with the Crew Leader to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Present yourself professionally while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Comfortable taking direction from the Crew Leader and working as part of a team.
- English proficiency preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable working with insects as an alternative to chemicals for pest control.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be legally able to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
- No drinking, smoking or doing drugs during working hours. At Greener Lawn, we respect your right to privacy and the ability to make your own decisions. However, working hours should be sober, smoke-free hours (non-narcotic vapes permitted outdoors, away from customers).
- Must be able to legally work in or around homes and schools with children.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $31,000 for Lawn Care Technicians.
Opportunity to earn commission.
Paid vacation time after 6 months with the company.
Lunch provided daily.
