Robert Half Branch Operations Supervisor in Frisco, Texas
Description We are looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that banking procedures are adhered to, while maintaining the highest level of service for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the branch, ensuring all processes are in place for a smooth operation
• Supervise branch staff, ensuring that all employees are prepared and ready for the day's operations
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis
• Provide support to tellers as needed, stepping in to assist with customer transactions
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Review and reconcile bank statements at the end of each day
• Utilize banking software such as CSI NewPoint for daily operations and customer data management
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and maintain positive bank relations
• Handle and resolve any banking discrepancies or fraudulent activities promptly and professionally
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage and track branch operations and customer interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with CRM tools is necessary
• Proficient in Data Processing
• Familiarity with Epic Software is mandatory
• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial
• Previous experience with About Time software is desired
• Auditing skills are required
• Proficiency in Check Processing is necessary
• Exceptional Communication skills are essential
• Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in banking is needed
• Experience in managing Bank Relations is important
• Proficiency in Bank Deposit procedures is required
• Knowledge of Bank Regulation is necessary
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is crucial
• Ability to handle Bank Statements is desired
• Experience in managing Bank Transactions is required
• Understanding of Banking Compliance is necessary
• Previous experience in Banking Operations is crucial
