This role is located within our corporate headquarters on 7400 Gaylord Parkway, Frisco, TX. The employee selected for this role will work onsite three day per week and twice per week from home.

Position Summary

The Account Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention; recognizing gaps in product knowledge and facilitating education; ensuring knowledge of client issues and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Account growth and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain assigned accounts
  • Identify, assist, and resolve client inquiries
  • Product trainer (on-site and off-site)
  • Provide product information and pricing upon customer request
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients, including client entertaining
  • Work closely with other Careington departments to ensure continuity of service on client accounts.
  • Provide sales support
  • Respond promptly to all client inquiries
  • Maintain detailed file notes and reporting functions to clients
  • Appointment setting and following up on assigned accounts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Account Management experience and/or sales background is needed for this role.
  • Professional, highly motivated self-starter with a keen sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Capable of communicating effectively with a variety of personality styles
  • Must be able to manage multiple key clients
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Desire and ability to travel

Education, Experience and Software:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Above average computer knowledge and experience with MS Applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
