Job Summary Responsible for providing day-to-day strategic, technical and administrative support to field labor teams, including central dispatching, VDC and Manufacturing, and field leadership, with a goal to meet all objectives and procedural requirements. This position ensures field services department work activities and labor are coordinated and organized, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives and regulations. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *Creates and processes the necessary paperwork for field labor hiring and layoffs, including signing up new employees and ensuring all required information is provided to HR Payroll. *Partners with HR to maintain accurate and updated Taleo job postings. *Coordinates with all necessary departments when adding or removing service electricians and provides necessary training on tools such as iPad, ASTEA, and Verisae for new service electricians. *Provides Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) lift certification training. *Coaches, mentors and trains field staff. Establishes and nurtures a positive teamwork environment. *Supports and provides backup to the central dispatching team as needed. Takes overflow service calls from electricians and customers. *Provides administrative support to field leadership on a daily basis. Works closely with field leadership to monitor project labor costs and maintain accurate systems data, ensuring compliance with local union collective bargaining agreements. *Supports field leaders in coordinating national travel needs. *Manages national field leader travel letters. *Maintains the knowledge required to process electrical permits as needed. *Updates and provides assistance and support to field Astea users. Updates and monitors relevant database information as needed. *Manages field services projects (e.g., implements Astea service timecard, migrates hard copy timecards to Austin Lane). *Updates Company workforce projections for existing and new projects and tracks project workloads as required. *Updates, monitors and distributes LEAN database inform
