Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician:

  • Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, including fixing structural damage, reconstructing fixtures, and repairing broken windows

  • Inspect various parts of buildings, including plumbing and electrical systems, to ensure they're functioning correctly

  • Carry out regular maintenance of HVAC systems

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and the need for repairs or maintenance

  • Manage landscaping projects to ensure outside areas are kept presentable

  • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems

  • Track inventory and order supplies and equipment when necessary

  • Coordinate with other professionals, such as electricians, plumbers, and contractors, when necessary

  • Comply with all safety and health regulations

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred

  • Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Basic hand tools and some power tools would be ideal for a candidate to have.

  • Must have a clean DMV record.

  • Background check and drug screening required
