Production Supervisor – Fresno, CA 93725

$21/hour, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. That’s right—we’re offering a competitive wage for a Production Supervisor to join our innovative, forward-thinking team in Fresno, CA. What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily flow of production, ensuring everything runs smoothly while promoting a positive, team-oriented culture. Here’s what your day might include:

  • Managing and training team members, ensuring all breaks and lunches are covered.

  • Starting up and shutting down equipment like loaders, forklifts, and filters.

  • Monitoring shipping and receiving, including scheduling and troubleshooting delays.

  • Ensuring raw materials are labeled correctly and submitted to the lab as needed.

  • Collaborating with maintenance to address any equipment issues during operations.

  • Keeping safety and compliance front and center while maintaining a productive environment.

  • And yes, we need someone who can mix raw materials and drive a forklift like a pro.

Your winery experience (and flour experience ) will shine as you handle these essential tasks with skill and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least two years of related experience (bonus points if it’s winery experience or flour experience).

  • Forklift driving experience is required, along with the ability to operate basic hand tools.

  • The ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed—because production doesn’t stop for clock watchers!
