Join our team as a Production Packaging Associate, the perfect entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of materials and finished products. This role also involves loading and moving materials and operating packaging equipment, all while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate punctuality and adhere to the work schedule.
Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a One Team Cross Functional attitude.
Follow safe work practices, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and immediately escalating abnormalities.
Implement Operator Driven Quality by conducting hourly inspections, adhering to GMP policies, and promptly reporting defects.
Safely and efficiently operate designated production lines.
Perform drop tests for bottles on the designated line.
Monitor conveyor systems and clear bottle jams promptly.
Discard defective bottles and report quality issues to management.
Ensure proper packing and packaging of products according to customer requirements.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Duties may vary by plant based on equipment and plant design.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities
This is the entry level position. The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load and move material and operate packaging equipment. The Utility Worker will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
Works well and effectively with others.
Demonstrates a One Team Cross Functional attitude by working well and effectively with others
Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing appropriate PEE, following Stop Think Act, and by immediately escalating abnormalities when found.
Demonstrates Operator Driven Quality by performing hourly inspections, by adhering to GMP policy, and by immediately escalating issues when any defect is found.
Can safely and efficiently operate on a designated line
Can correctly run drop tests for bottles on designated line
Monitor operation of conveyor systems and clear bottle jams from lines
Discard defective bottles and report poor quality issues to management
Ensure proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
Other duties as assigned by management.
