Trinity Health Environmental Specialist, Part-Time (40), Main OR, Rotating in Fresno, California

Description:

Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Surgery, this position is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all Surgical areas, Critical Care Units, and Labor and Delivery, preventing cross contamination, minimizing air borne bacteria and ensuring an aseptic environment.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  2. Ability to communicate and follow written instruction in a fast-paced, team environment is required.

  3. Knowledge of the use of wet/dry vacuum and mixture of cleaning solutions is required.

  4. Previous experience in housekeeping in an acute care environment is preferred. 5. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required within sixty (60) days of hire into position.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.54
