SUMMARY

This position is responsible for coordinating administrative support and project management to assist the assigned Executive(s) to successfully carry out the duties and responsibilities of the respective position and Saint Agnes Medical Foundation. This position also provides support to Saint Agnes Medical Providers Human Resources, executive leadership, and department directors as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Associate’s Degree is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  2. Three (3) years administrative experience is required, one year of experience in Human Resources preferred.

  3. Two (2) years of work experience in a health care environment is preferred.

  4. Strong knowledge of computer operations and programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-directed, and the ability to establish and manage time effectively are required.

  6. Must be able to relate in a professional manner to patients, physicians, the public and other health care providers and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Pay Range: $24.87 - $33.58
