Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring production areas to ensure the proper functioning of assigned equipment. You'll review work orders, maintain documentation of work performed, and assist with the installation or modification of equipment as required. Your responsibilities will also include providing training to peers, making suggestions for correctible measures when downtime occurs, attending required meetings and trainings, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You are expected to follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and perform backup duties to other staff as needed.
Hard Skills
Monitor production areas
Review work orders
Adjust, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Assist with installation of new equipment or modify existing equipment
Provide training to peers
Make suggestions for correctible measures when downtime results from mechanical or technical defects
