Mercury Systems RF Technician and Assembly Supervisor in Fremont, California
Lead a team of technicians and assemblers to test/debug complex digital, analog and/or RF assemblies and modules. Job Responsibility: * RF testing and troubleshooting of complex modules, subassemblies and systems * Provide high quality level of leadership and coaching for the production employees * Ensure production schedules are met to meet customer needs and completion of all paperwork entries are timely and accurate * Create a positive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to perform at their very best * ATE bench setup and optimization by working to improve programs operational efficiencies * Works with team of test technicians to prioritize test schedules for recurring products according to customer requirements, equipment efficiency/utilization and capacity. * Generates tuning maps and assists technicians with troubleshooting. Required Qualification: * Associate's degree or equivalent experience * 7+ years of experience in an electronic manufacturing test role (RF experience required) * 2+ years of experience supervising teams in a related discipline * Familiarity with test methods and test equipment for preforming the following tests: S Parameters, Gain, VSWR, Noise Figure, Gain Compression, Intercept points, Spurious, Switching Speeds and Isolation. * Strong communication, interpersonal and overall leadership skills * Highly collaborative and team worker within a high-performance work environment * Strong bias for action and sense of urgency Preferred Qualification: * Experience in advanced testing and troubleshooting electrical components, 7+ Years Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $67,000 - $134,000 for a Level V / Supervisor at Fremont CA USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
