Texas Instruments EMEA Accounting Intern (m/f/d) in Freising, Germany

As a member of the Central Finance Team, you’ll be supporting the team to produce accurate financial results and ensure strong internal controls are maintained throughout the organization. You will be involved in reviewing and enhancing internal financial processes to help the team meet its objectives.
Your tasks:
Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close processes for one or more legal entities
Timely reporting of statutory requirements which include VAT declarations and statistical reporting
Support the cash reconciliation process for our E-commerce legal entities
Assist where applicable in the annual statutory preparation and auditing process
Create and own process improvement projects aimed at improving task and process automation for the team
Timeline: Join the Accounting team as an intern early to mid-December 2024

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced English language skills, other languages are an added advantage
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, VBA)
Proficiency in SAP, SQL and Python are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Very good communication and relationship skills
Strong financial and intercultural understanding
