Looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of our chocolate products through various stages of production. This position plays a key role in maintaining the high standards that our customers expect, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities
Perform quality control checks at various stages of the chocolate production process, including raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Conduct sensory evaluations, visual inspections, and lab tests to assess product quality and consistency.
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
Collect, record, and analyze data to ensure products meet internal and external specifications.
Assist in investigating and resolving any product non-conformance issues or customer complaints.
Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions in compliance with company policies and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure consistent and reliable results.
Support audits by regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors as needed.
