Conduct vibration/finite element analysis, design, validate automation production system with knowledge of mechanical design. Review preliminary mold design, prepare mold trial reports with knowledge of automatic optical inspection system. Design, Program servo/6-axis robot for post molding operation, integrate robot system with visual guidance system using fusion 360, Matlab, AutoCAD. Design, procure, and implement new components on robot systems. Provide technical engineering information, trouble shooting. MS in Mechanical Engg. + related exper. with knowledge of plastic part design.
