We are looking for Packaging Machine Operators to join our team ASAP! As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our premium products are packaged efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will operate and maintain high-speed packaging machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust automated packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Ensure that chocolate products are packaged accurately according to company standards, including proper sealing, labeling, and wrapping.
Perform routine inspections of packaging machinery, and troubleshoot any minor malfunctions or mechanical issues.
Conduct quality checks on finished products, verifying the integrity of packaging and proper labeling.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, following safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Record production data, including downtime, equipment malfunctions, and packaging quantities.
Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of packaging machines to ensure optimal performance.
