We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Assembler to join our dynamic team on the 2nd shift. Your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and precision of our products, while helping drive continuous improvements in safety and production.

Your Role and Impact

As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in assembling and testing high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. By working directly with fabricated parts, using both hand and power tools, you’ll ensure each product meets strict tolerances and specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the success of the team and the quality of our end products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and Inspect Products: Accurately assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and power tools, ensuring product specifications are met.

  • Test and Calibrate: Test, calibrate, and inspect parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet required tolerances.

  • Identify and Repair: Spot and address any units that fail tests or don’t meet tolerances, performing repairs as needed.

  • Maintain a Safe and Organized Workspace: Keep your work area clean and safe, while ensuring efficient production setup and monitoring.

  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing initiatives focused on improving safety, production efficiency, and overall product quality.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of assembly processes, hand tools, and power tools.

  • Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines with strong attention to detail.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in assembly or a similar role.

  • Completion of apprenticeship or formal training in assembly processes.

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
