Health Unit Coordinator
Full Job Description Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse, the Health Unit Coordinator is responsible to attend to the nursing station and perform clerical, reception and communication duties. They are also responsible to assist nursing personnel in providing patient care in the assigned areas.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Due to the operation of certain power equipment, the legal minimum age for this job is 18 years.
Computer and secretarial skills preferred.
Must be willing to become certified CNA
80 hours per pay period (benefits eligible), 40 hours per week. Variable hours and weekend shifts
