Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile X-Ray Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing x-ray exams at various medical facilities and patient locations. Your primary duties will include:
Performing X-Ray Exams: Conduct accurate and high-quality x-ray exams as ordered by clinicians.
Patient Care: Provide excellent patient care, including adjusting the patient's body for optimal imaging and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Radiation Safety: Practice radiation safety protocols to protect both the patient and yourself.
Traveling: Travel between various medical facilities or patient locations as needed. This role involves a considerable amount of driving.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Documentation: Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
State radiologic technologist license.
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
