Level 2 Summary

The level 2 position is additionally tasked with payroll compliance, preparing financial reports, and management of additional finance personnel.

• Education

• • 4 year Business Degree with emphasis on Accounting

• • 3 years construction financial management experience
  • 1 year Koehn experience (preferred)

Level 3 Summary

The level 3 position is additionally tasked with providing support to the leadership team and preparing financial budgets. Also responsible for review of all financial data entry, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and providing financial information for out-sourced tax compliance

• Experience

• • 5 years construction financial management experience
  • 5 years Koehn experience (preferred)
