We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products to include on-call support on weekends and holidays.
Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.
Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.
Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.
Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
Good communication skills/phone skills required.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.
SAP experience preferred.
Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
