Latitude, Inc. IT Support Engineer in Frederick, Maryland
We are currently seeking a candidate for an IT Support Engineer position for a company based in Frederick, MD. This candidate will provide on-site client support for a variety of hardware, software, server, and networking technologies. Candidates must have experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment to be considered.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
Install, configure, test, and provide support for hardware and software as required on client sites.
Provide both remote and on-site support for clients of numerous industries.
Collaborate with your team to identify solutions to customer support and/or service requests.
Travel to client sites to provide general in-person support for different companies on monthly schedules.
Replace server and networking infrastructure (Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Exchange Server).
Qualifications of the IT Support Engineer:
Able to work for any employer in the United States (we cannot sponsor a visa at this time)
3+ years of demonstrable experience in MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
Experience with server migrations and firewall configuration.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
