We have a DIRECT HIRE position available in beautiful Downtown Frederick just for you!
This downtown law firm is looking for a receptionist to be the hub of their growing organization. You will work in a nicely appointed and professional work environment. In this role you will serve as the front-line receptionist for clients and provide essential clerical support to the legal team.
As the Receptionist you will:
· Welcome visitors, greet clients, answer phones and schedule appointments (virtual and in-person)
· File, scan and copy documents
· Create and maintain confidential client files
· Be a diplomatic gatekeeper for your busy team
· Enjoy variety and be willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the office running smoothly
· Maintain client confidentiality while demonstrating compassion and objectivity
The ideal candidate for this job will:
· Prior receptionist/administrative experience
· Experience in a law firm is preferred, but not necessary
· Have a warm, friendly and patient personality
· Have exceptional organizational, filing, and data management skills
· Proactive work style and analytical skills
· Be proficient in MS Office Suite
· Be detailed and organized
· Be trustworthy and loyal, willing to commit for the long-term
· Want to learn and grow professionally
This position offers:
$20+/hour and is negotiable based on experience
