The following: Colorado branch location: 8478 Raspberry Way, Frederick, CO 80504 Position Title: Collision Technician Department: Operations Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary: The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P., insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.
Responsibilities: -Work alongside an assigned body technician to learn how to perform quality service. -Performs safety inspections, minor repairs, and basic maintenance. Tears the car down and puts it back together. -Assists technician with moving, fabricating, attaching, and aligning parts on the vehicle per estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Picks up parts and follows up with special order parts from Parts Department as directed by technicians. -Helps keep work area clean and free of any harmful objects. Maintains a high level of uniform appearance. -Completes all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
Requirements Qualifications -Body shop experience desired -Technical School Collision program experience desired -I-Car certification preferred -Must be able to pass thorough background check
