The Manager - Value Stream Engineering is responsible for managing a high-profile team that leverages Value Stream Mapping to drive towards strategic goals and lead the integration of design engineering deliverables and operations to meet SQDC targets and drive a flawless new product launch. This role requires active knowledge of current manufactured products and New Product Development processes, working closely with concept and design engineering groups, functional support teams, and production operations. The focus is on developing and successfully executing a project plan to allow the business to meet SQDC product stability.
