SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONALS (2023-2024)ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS
FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLSNeeded to provide 1-to-1 assistance OR classroom compliance as needed in the elementary or secondary school for students with disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet the Highly Qualified Status requirements;
Two years of study at an institution of higher learning (48 credits);
or
Associate's Degree or higher; or
Passing grade on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
Interest and empathy toward children; preference shown for
candidates who have had experience working with children
in a school or community setting.
ABA experience and safe restraint training preferred,
or willingness to be trained.Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
