The Client Service Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining provider/producer information to ensure compliance with business and credentialing requirements. This role involves extensive research, validation of agent onboarding contracts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data. The successful candidate will collaborate with agents, verify insurance licenses, and maintain accurate records across various systems.
salary: $16.75 - $16.76 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer information against business and credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate records in credentialing databases, ensuring data integrity.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer issues.
Process agent onboarding contracts and verify necessary documentation.
Validate insurance licenses and appointments for agents.
Collaborate with agents to ensure records are complete and compliant with credentialing standards.
Utilize various systems and online platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance with business regulations.
