Your responsibilities

  • Utilizing digital recruiting resources

  • Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Leading interviews

  • Developing internal recommendations

  • Executing various administrative duties

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Propping new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientation

    Requirements

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

  • This position will be best given to someone who has a positive attitude; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • General familiarity with Indeed

  • Deep understanding of Job Postings

  • Adeptness in Sourcing

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience required

  • Foundational knowledge in Applicant Track System

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
