We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Maintenance Manager in Franklin, OH. Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr. Maintenance Manager responsibilities: Manages maintenance activities and improvement projects to align with plant operational needs and goals. Oversees continuous improvement of production equipment, focusing on preventive maintenance and minimizing downtime through a computer-based system. Collaborates with production, quality, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve equipment-related challenges. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory. Inspects and tests machinery to diagnose malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks. Repairs machines and equipment using various tools and techniques. Ensures compliance with safety (OSHA standards), quality, and GMP requirements while supporting and training production during startups and changeovers. Qualified candidates will have two years of supervisor experience and must have machine maintenance experience.
