Direct Hire - Quality Supervisor at a Manufacturing company in Franklin, MA.
The Quality Supervisor will oversee and supervise employees and Quality Control Functions. The QC Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to inspection, product disposition, holding and releasing of product, identification of defective material and raw materials, assist Quality Manager with staffing and employee issues
1st shift - 55k-70k per year depending on experienec
3-5 years of QC lead or equivalent work experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, as well as a strong quality background desired.
Experience in regulated industries such as ISO13485 as well as Medical Device requirements.
Knowledge of quality, tools, problem solving and brainstorming
Previous experience supervising employees
Medical device or regulated industry experience
Highly motivated individual that can independently drive deliverables to completion thru collaboration among team members and internal support staff
Possesses effective interpersonal skills and able to deal with challenges associated with a large, diversified workforce
Demonstrates effective change leadership
