Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for Electrical, Mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting. PLC troubleshooting will include Omron and other brands. Candidates will be required to troubleshoot but will not need to program. Click PLCs are used which are very simple to figure out and understand. Electrical troubleshooting includes 3-phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives, and VFDs. Mechanical troubleshooting includes hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors. Preventative Maintenance is completed once a month where the entire line is shut down. This process takes 4-5 days before the machinery is running again. On a day-to-day basis, technicians will be responding to calls and completing work orders. They will need to communicate with the production staff and engineering team to complete repairs efficiently.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Indiana.

Work Environment

Manufacturing: Hot in the summertime. Currently, the team is made up of 5 Technicians, they will be growing to 12 once all new equipment is installed. Shift: 6pm - 6am; 8pm - 8am. Pay: 25 - 31
