Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Franklin, Indiana

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for Electrical, Mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting. PLC troubleshooting will include Omron brands. Candidates will be required to troubleshoot but will not need to program. Click PLC's are used which are very simple to figure out and understand. Electrical troubleshooting includes 3 phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives, and VFD's. Mechanical troubleshooting includes hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors. Preventative Maintenance is completed once a month where the entire line is shutdown. This process takes 4-5 days before the machinery is running again. On a day-to-day basis, technicians will be responding to calls and completing work orders. They will need to communicate with the production staff and engineering team to complete repairs efficiently.
