3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) $18.50/hour, plus $0.75 shift premium!

Founded in 1948 by John Pridgeon and Donald Clay, we areone of the largest independent, value-added manufacturers and suppliers of automotive stamped and fine-blanked components in the United States.
As a Machine Operator you will run various processes to tap, ream, form, sand, or weld components into the highest quality finished parts for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Operate machines to produce parts, such as loading and unloading components
- Conduct visual inspection of parts to ensure quality
- Perform duties relating to machine set-up and changeover
- Troubleshoot machines to ensure both part quality and maximum production levels are attained
- Participate in, and support, lean initiatives, continuous improvement and problem solving events
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- An ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to support other team members
- The ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, adhere to strict quality standards, and accurately complete production paperwork
- An excellent work record (including attendance)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
