Job Description and Skills Required As a Administrative Assistant, you\'ll be the first point of contact, interacting with customers in person, in chat, e-mail and over the phone.. This role needs to provide a quick delivery and a WOW Service Experience, not only to the clients but also to the referral partners. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all insurance-related matters. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. O Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. Collaborate with the support team to handle various demands and requests, ensuring seamless service delivery. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events to generate new leads and expand the client base as needed. Assist in writing new business by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients for walk-ins or established clients. Collaborate closely with risk managers to understand clients\' risk profiles and tailor insurance solutions Accordingly. Review and analyze current policy renewals to ensure accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments to meet clients\' evolving needs.
