ZF offers a cool, clean, safe, and supportive work environment. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts openings to allow you to choose your preferred schedule. This is an entry level, on-the-job training, temp-to-hire (after 90 days) opportunity that you do not want to miss!
Duties will include operating assembly machinery, assembling components as well as visual quality checks and supporting the fabrication process.

Base pay is $15 / $16.50 with opportunity to earn the following bonuses !
Bonuses
Sign on/Retention Bonuses: Up to $1,000 ! $200 after 30 days of 95% attendance, $400 after 90 days and another $400 after 120 days of 95% attendance rate (must still employed with Kelly)
Perfect attendance bonus (no tardies or absences must work all scheduled shifts for week)= Weekly $0.50 per regular hour worked, $0.75 per OT hour
Additional Temporary Bonuses $1.00 for every regular hour worked; $1.50 for every OT hour worked
10 Paid Holidays
Referral Bonus up to $1,000 for each referred employee-$500 after 6 weeks, an additional $500 after 12 weeks
Safety shoe reimbursement up to $50 with receipt after 30 days

Work Schedules (Fowlerville, MI) Currently only looking for 2nd shift!
1st shift (6:15 am to 2:15 pm or 7:15 am to 3:15 pm ($15)
2nd shift ( 2:15 pm to 10:15 pm or 3:15 pm to 11:15 pm) ($15.50)
Must be available for Overtime during the week and possible weekends
