MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Kishigo Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting all strategic marketing efforts for both product and channel. This individual will understand Kishigo’s target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how Kishigo products help solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with our product marketing manager, product manager, graphic designers and copy writers, this individual can shape and create effective marketing content.

In coordination with the product marketing manager, the Marketing Specialist will facilitate all new product launches, on-going product marketing, and assist with corporate and trade events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing materials for product launches

  • Support marketing strategically for the product, which involves positioning, promotions, messaging, channel partner marketing, and demand generation.

  • Conduct market research on current and new product concepts

  • Conduct market research on competitors current and new product.

  • Identifies new market opportunities and channels

  • Support all product marketing content, including social media, web/digital and print.

  • Develops relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers for positive public relations

  • Lead the development of the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process

  • Be knowledgeable on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why

  • Assist with event strategy, planning and execution

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration preferred.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related position.

  • Apparel experience a plus

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites a plus

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment.

  • Able to demonstrate considerable creativity in regard to new ideas and initiatives

  • Must possess strong planning, organizational and time management skills

Kishigo salary range: $66,560.00 - $80,000.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
