BUNZL Inside Sales Rep in Fountain Valley, California

The Inside Sales Representative position is geared toward an individual that is highly motivated to cultivate new business opportunities for Kishigo with focused efforts in the Transportation industry, including Aviation, Department of Transportation, Metro, Port Authority, Towing and Traffic Control companies.

This position will contact transportation customers via phone and email to arrange appointments and generate interest for our outside sales team to drive sales growth in Kishigo high visibility workwear. This role will entail researching customers via ZoomInfo, Dunn & Bradstreet, LinkedIn, and other websites and developing a customer profile in Salesforce CRM. You will also work closely with the Marketing team to include prospects in outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone sales to prospect and build business with new accounts

  • Conduct online customer and market research to optimize lead generation

  • Work with Kishigo Sales team and manufacturers' representatives to book appointments with prospective customers

  • Develop customer account profiles and enter contacts into Salesforce to drive marketing campaigns and track lead generation success

  • Qualify incoming leads from Kishigo marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus

  • 1+ years of telemarketing / customer sales experience preferred

  • Ability to present products in an enthusiastic and professional manner

  • Must be a go getter; able to work independently with minimal supervision and very strong at gaining interested clients by phone

  • Demonstrate strong research skills to uncover the right contact at companies utilizing high visibility workwear.

  • Ability to research across online resources, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google, etc.

  • Ideal candidate will be very trainable and show ability to learn, master and present company value proposition

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel required

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, or similar customer relationship management system highly desired

Kishigo CA Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $26.50/hr (plus commission eligibility based on experience, education, and geographic location).
