Bosch Rexroth Corporation seeks Sales Technical Expert Mobile Electronics (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 8 Southchase Court, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Responsible for the sales growth of Mobile electronics, connectivity, and electrification products in North America. Focus on sales of electronic products by working with customers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the goals required to achieve sales growth in North America. Work with customer’s technical requirements to develop and sell products and solutions. Provide detailed and expert technical knowledge with application experience and expertise to OEM Customers to ensure success via direct sales and partners' sales channels. Develop customer targets with market data and industry insights to support sales growth and customer retention. Build upon existing processes to increase sales pipeline and accelerate sales growth. Build a foundation of trust and teamwork internally and externally with sales network. Communicate and demonstrate the value of products to all levels of the Customer’s organization. Work with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed application descriptions to ensure proper software is written. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the electronic hardware, software, and machine validation meets the specification. Promote, guide, and share hardware software and machine application experiences with other associates to build, cross-training, and expand opportunities. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field plus 5 Years of experience as an Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer or other occupation involving electrical applications in Mobile OEM Markets. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Selling digital products in market with direct customers, with distributors and sales/service partners; (2) Mobile Machines to ensure the digital platform is properly applied, sized, and installed; (3) Products addressing customer service output demands to ensure Customer Success utilizing IoT and value added services; and (4) Global platforms working with customers and colleagues in the market space for digital products/services in Mobile applications including Europe, North and South America. Travel: 50% international and domestic travel.
