Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a System Integration Analyst Senior Staff (Level 5) and leverage your expertise as an SAP SME/Super User to transform enterprise production control operations. This critical role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of our financial and physical inventory alignment while driving process improvements across multiple sites and organizations.
What You Will Be Doing
As a System Integration Analyst Senior Staff, you will:
• Act as a dedicated SAP SME/Super User, resolving complex SAP-related issues to ensure financial accuracy and inventory alignment.
• Oversee daily batch creation, scheduling, and inventory discrepancy resolution to ensure seamless system operations.
• Conduct daily system corrections and review information/system process flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including warehousing, Production Operations, and other support organizations, to drive operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to support staff across multiple organizations and sites, improving the workforce’s knowledge and reducing systemic errors.
• Prevent issues such as inaccurate material cost roll-ups, material availability shortfalls, increased labor costs, and productivity delays through proactive system management and troubleshooting.
• Optimize operations by analyzing and streamlining procedures, information flows, and system processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience as an SAP SME/Super User, with expertise in enterprise production control transactions.
• Experience resolving complex SAP-related problems, ensuring financial and inventory accuracy.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including warehouse &/or production operations.
• Project management experience: including identifying, leading, &/or closing large projects
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP experience with a focus on complex problem-solving
• Experience with production and production control systems and processes
• Project management experience including identifying, leading, and closing large projects
• Ability to identify system and process gaps and implement effective solutions
• Skilled in documenting system requirements for information flow integrations and enhancements
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing and improving system processes, information flows, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and training skills to support staff across multiple organizations.
• Familiarity with production environments and the challenges of inventory management and cost roll-ups.
• SAP SuperUser
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly in the areas of production control, inventory management, and warehouse management
• Experience in continuous improvement and value steam mapping
• Knowledge of production process flows on programs such as F35/F16/C130/ADP
• Finance problem solving experience
• Ability to work independently as well as leading across multiple teams

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
