Who You Are

Global Supply Chain - Subcontract Management Senior -

What You Will Be Doing

You'll be responsible for the management of a major supplier's cost, schedule, and technical performance for non-commercial systems/services and modified commercial items supporting F-35 Reprogramming and Integration Labs.

Supports development, integration and sustainment efforts for both government and company-owned labs.

Leads the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation and award of purchase orders above and below the TINA threshold.

Engages with the supplier to ensure compliance to both awarded and solicited efforts.

Will be supported by a Team Lead and manager to ensure relevant knowledge and resources are available to support timely and effective work.

Responsible for technical documents, terms and conditions, and pricing alignment on all efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

Experience of FAR/DFAR requirements

Experience in government subcontracting and/or global supply chain

Experience with cost reimbursable, fixed price, and time and material contract types

Desired Skills:

Proactive communicator willing to ensure supplier is on track for performance

Self-starter ready to work concurrently on actions

Ability to communicate to leadership; highlighting key areas of concern or impact to business commitments

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
