Robert Half Sr. Accountant in Fort Worth, Texas
Description We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves performing various accounting tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial documents, analyzing reports, conducting audits, and managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax documents, and other financial reports.
• Analyze reports related to business operations and budgets.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Innovate and improve financial processes to drive efficiency.
• Present analytical findings to management.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Handle inventory valuation and perform cost accounting.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Conduct credit line negotiations and perform analysis.
• Perform cash flow analysis. Requirements
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with month end close procedures
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
